BATTERY CONNECTOR WITH EYELETS

The Accessory STD2V is the standard connector provided in every BC Battery Controller Kit when it's purchased.
If you own another motorbike or vehicle (for example a car), with a BC battery charger and an additional STD2V you can rotate the use of the charger on the batteries, keeping all of them always at an optimal level of charge.
Hereafter you can find the features that allow a permanent installation of it on the vehicle.

Quality:
The cable is realized with high quality materials specific for the use in the Automotive industry (resistance to oils, greases, atmospheric agents and thermic/mechanical stress guaranteed). The connectors suitable to be employed in tough conditions and the waterproof saver cap are a guarantee of quality and endurance of the battery connecting system.

Fixing to the battery:
The eyelets are dimensioned so that they adapt to the standards of every battery on the market (installed on motorbikes, motorcycles and light vehicles).
In the same way, however, the eyelets can be used for the permanent installation on medium/high capacity batteries (more than 40 Ah), inserting the eyelet in the screw of the clamps reaching the battery. To use the vehicle on cars, we recommend to fix the connector to the vehicle through a clamp.

Safety:
The internal fuse protects from short circuit and it's appropriate to remind that in case of accidental contact between the eyelets (positive and negative poles) the internal electronics of the battery charger has a permanent protection against every spark, eliminating every risk for the user.
Furthermore, the battery charger is indefinitely protected from short circuit of the battery poles (in other words, the contact between the eyelets for an indefinite time won't damage the battery charger).
