Technical Information
The range BC Battery Controller is designed to ensure to a demanding custom the highest quality standards in the maintenance/recharge of every Lead-Acid 6/12V Battery on the market (MF, VRLA, GEL, AGM, Traditional...) up to a capacity of 200 Ah.
Innovative connection to the Battery
BC Battery Chargers are provided with a Battery Connector with the following features:
- Sheath resistant to the engine's high temperature
- Electronic Protection Fuse
- Plug/Connector to the Battery Charger
- Saver Cap
- Eyelet to be fixed to the Battery
Installation
The connection to the Battery is realized fixing the eyelets to the specific Battery clips. The Plug/Connector to the Battery Charger can be placed in any easy-to-reach compartment of the motorbike (for example under the saddle).
- Safety: an electronic fuse positioned close to the Battery protects the system from short circuit. The introduction of this component makes the wire reliable, with no need of maintenance.
- Dimensions: the wire has a lenghth of 80 cm (31.5 inches); according to our experience, this is enough to position the plug in an easy-to-reach external compartment on every motorbike.
- Saver Cap: it ensures the protection of the plug, to prevent the electric contacts' oxidation in case of unuse.
- Quality: use of materials specific for the Automotive industry that offer an excellent resistance to oils, greases, atmospheric agents and thermic/mechanical stress.
