There X-PRO range is the high-end Battery Support Unit-Charger series that combines our best 11-cycle automatic charging technology with a number of additional functions, such as power supply/voltage stabilizer for software update of the control units of all cars, automatic maintenance for each type of battery, showroom for use in car dealerships; all functions designed in detail to make the daily use experience comfortable and efficient for the professional.
X-PRO 35 24V/36V/48V combines top-notch performance with a compact, lightweight and robust design, designed in every part to make the professional's experience comfortable and efficient. BC X-PRO 35 has a maximum current of 35 Amps.

4 OPERATING MODES
- Load: for 24V, 36V or 48V Lead-Acid or Lithium batteries (LFP ex. Lifepo4, Li-ion), from 10 to 350 Ah.
- Diagnosis: Supports up to 35Amp 24/36/48V vehicle batteries in diagnostic phase (selectable voltage between 25.6V and 59.2V).
- Showroom: provides the battery with current compensation when using the electrical accessories of a demo vehicle.
- Tester: used to check battery voltage, evaluate the starting system (starter + battery) and the condition of the vehicle's alternator.
AUTOMATIC LOADING
- Extends battery life and performance lead (gel, AGM, liquid, calcium, etc.) and lithium (LFP ex. LiFePO4, lithium ion);
- Specific charging curve in 11 steps (lead-acid battery) or 10 passes (lithium iron phosphate battery) without supervision;
- Recovers deep discharged batteries >1.25 V (automatic reset);
- Voltage: the charger operates at a supply voltage between 100 and 265 V;
- Fully automatic and intelligent charging curve in 10 or 11 steps (50% faster than a traditional charger), equipped with 11 steps of the charging cycle (10 steps in the case of lithium batteries, since they do not require desulphurization).

BATTERY CHARGER MODE
X-PRO 35 is an extremely versatile product, perfect for those looking for a high-tech product capable of solving any battery-related problem: it is in fact able to recover deeply discharged batteries, equalize or initialize new batteries, desulfate used batteries.
- The products in the X-PRO range are able to recover batteries starting from 1.25V (the lowest level on the market), charging them and keeping them perfectly charged in a completely automatic way;
- Equalize or Initialize new batteries;
- Desulphate used batteries;
- X-PRO 35 is fully user configurable via the buttons on the side of the display, from which you can select:
- the maximum charging current from 1 Amp to 35 Amp;
- the type of battery to be recharged (Traditional, AGM, Start&Stop, Calcium/Calcium, Lithium) for both starter and traction;
- in the charging mode for lithium batteries, depending on whether they are to be installed on the vehicle or stored in the warehouse, it will be possible to select the maximum charging percentage (25%, 50%, 75%, 100%);
- the maximum charging time.
Once all the parameters have been set, the charging algorithm automatically performs the 11 phases of the charging cycle (10 in the case of lithium batteries, since they do not require desulfation):
- Initial battery check: checks that the battery is in optimal condition to be recharged/recovered by ensuring that there are no short circuits between one or more battery cells;
- Recovery (from 1.25V) if the battery is in a deep discharge condition (starting from 1.25V), the device tries to perform a recovery in order to bring it to higher voltages, compatible with the next phase;
- Battery check;
- Soft charge: if the battery is very low, the device supplies a light pulsed current, to allow the battery to overcome the critical phase;
- Battery check;
- Bulk charge: during this phase the battery can recover up to 85-90% of its capacity, thanks to the charger's ability to deliver full current.
- Battery check;
- Desulfation: In this phase, to restore the remaining 10-15% of the battery's capacity, the device provides a "controlled overcharge" by desulfating/recovering the lead-acid cells (for mild or moderate sulfation levels). It is also possible to perform a thorough, high-performance desulfation on worn batteries (a function that can be deactivated by the user);
- Battery check: at the end of the charging cycle, the device interrupts the current supply for a few tens of minutes and checks whether the battery is able to retain the charge received during previous cycles. This phase is repeated periodically at regular intervals;
- Maintenance: thanks to a specially designed electronic circuit, the device maintains the battery charge during periods of non-use, without overheating, overcharging and water/electrolyte loss;
- Monthly equalization: This phase is performed every 30 days to rebalance the battery cells, thus avoiding electrolyte stratification phenomena.
POWER SUPPLY/VOLTAGE STABILIZER MODE
BC X-PRO 35 can also be used as a power supply or voltage stabilizer, a fundamental function during the updating, reprogramming, diagnosis or maintenance phases of the vehicle (including battery replacement).
The supply voltage can be selected between 25.6V and 59.2V; maximum safety is guaranteed thanks to an automatic disconnection system and interruption of current supply in the event of sudden battery anomalies (such as shorted cells or an open battery).
The maximum current is guaranteed indefinitely: the user can set the maximum current value from the menu, and it is then maintained automatically.
The X-PRO series devices have been designed strictly following the requirements of OEM manufacturers such as Volkswagen, Audi, BMW, Mercedes: it is in fact possible to connect the clamps directly from the hood of these cars, without needing to reach the battery, making them much easier to use.
SHOWROOM MODE
This mode was specifically developed to allow the device to be used in showrooms: when connected to the vehicle, BC X-PRO 35 automatically switches off when the mains power is removed (going into stand-by), and then reactivates itself when the power is restored: all the parameters in memory will be automatically restored.
This system greatly facilitates the user's work, who will no longer have to worry about connecting and disconnecting the device every day.
Thanks to its compact and ultra-flat design, BC X-PRO 35 can be easily placed under any type of vehicle.

X-PRO is built to rigorous safety standards
All these features are required by car manufacturers (such as Audi, Mercedes, and BMW) who require comprehensive safety features for ECU software updates or for simple use of the product as a battery maintainer in showrooms. This prevents any risk to the vehicle or the structure in which it is installed.
German car manufacturers themselves require two fundamental performances for software updates:
- extremely fast reaction times by the voltage stabilizer in the presence of new loads to avoid interrupting the software update;
- For some car models, maximum currents of up to 110-120 Amps are required at a stabilized voltage.
The entire BC X-PRO range features these characteristics and, unlike the competition (which limits the output current after a few minutes), it is able to guarantee the maintenance of the maximum current at an extremely stable voltage for an indefinite period.
The X-PRO range is globally compatible. Its extended input voltage range is from 100 to 240V. This makes it easy to use anywhere in the world, while its compact size and lack of internal battery allow for easy transportation and shipping, even by air (in full compliance with IATA air transport regulations).
